Fit2Admit ("we," "us," "our") is currently operated directly by its founders, [YOUR NAME] and [SPOUSE NAME], rather than through a separate business entity. We expect to transfer operations to a family-owned LLC in the future, at which point this policy will be updated to reflect that. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What We Collect
- Academic profile data (GPA, test scores, extracurriculars, location, and similar inputs you provide to get a fit assessment) is stored locally in your browser only. It is never transmitted to, or stored on, our servers. Clearing your browser data permanently deletes it.
- Email address (optional): if you choose to sign up for updates, we collect only your email address for that purpose.
- Anonymous usage analytics: we use privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics to understand aggregate usage. This cannot be tied back to you individually.
What We Don't Do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, including colleges, advertisers, or data brokers.
- We do not use your data for targeted advertising.
- We have no institutional or college partners who receive access to user data.
Children's Privacy
Fit2Admit is intended for use by high-school-age students (13+) and their families. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Data Retention & Deletion
- Academic profile data lives only in your browser and is under your control at all times.
- Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion — contact us at hello@fit2admit.com anytime.
Your Choices
- You can use the full tool without providing an email address.
- You can clear your academic profile at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site.
- You can unsubscribe from emails via the link in any message we send.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted with a new "last updated" date.
